This just randomly started occurring. I'm on 5.6.31, but only updated hoping it would fix the issue. It was happening on 5.6.2.10 as well. I've run all Windows updates (Win 10 pro) and have ensured I'm using the newest Blue Iris app on my phone to no avail. Seems to only happen when I'm not on...

You're overthinking this. Just go into settings, check for updates, and select latest stable release. It'll automatically revert back to that one.

I was having the same issue as the rest (excluding Rockford622--his is a different issue) and rolled back to 5.3.2.11 and all is well. Appears to be a bug with the 5.3.3.x updates. Mine would crash every 4 hours.

I just reinstalled Visual C++ Runtime. Lets see if that helps.

Hi I have a strange issue. Starting on 10/2, my Blue Iris now restarts every 4 hours (on the dot), starting at 4am. I have made no changes to either the PC, nor Blue Iris that would've caused this. I'm currently on version 5.3.3.6. Any ideas?? This is really aggravating. Thanks!
