    Without serial connection you can try to TFTP different versions of firmware,- maybe it will help.

    I'm sorry,- i've mixed up R0 and R6 platform. I have old R0 camera, i'll try to get the wireshark output with normal boot later, maybe it will help.

    You can use something like Wireshark to scan the network. Better will be to connect camera to PC directly and analize. So you should see outgoing packets from the camera and so you can find out it's IP. But the cam should be powered by the external power source.

    So, maybe it's a hardware problem. Maybe the doorbell can't boot up properly and reboots every 20 sec. If it worked normally for some time, maybe some mistake accumulates untill the critical condition. (i.e. log file increasing and eating all free space in the memory or something similar)

    His camera is connected via local network, so i think that Ezviz can't affect to the cam's connection. Of course it's possible to connect it via rtsp, but it's the last way to do with the ip-camera.

    Sorry, i thought that problem became after NVR update. Anyway, you can do the same with ur cams. Also through serial connection you can read the output and fin out what goes wrong (errors, warnings, etc.)

    I've never done it before with NVR, but i think, you can try to downgrade firmware via tftpd. If it impossible, you can connect the NVR to PC using USB-UART connection and make NVR to install the firmware from tftpd,- I think, that in such way the NVR should accept any kind of firmware.

    Maybe it's problem with PoE,- try to check it with other cam. Also it's not the simplest way, but you can connect the camera through the UART interface and see the output, which helps to find out the problem.
