Hi all I have BI and many Hiks plus 2 basic brillcams. Just upgraded the firmware on the Brillcams and both are identical. They are both still working on BI and SADP etc just the one though has a corrupted login page. Does not look the same as normal, just the login box in the top left corner...

Hi all, I currently have the DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS in the place I am looking for the new dome. It is for a dining room where audio is imporatant. BTW if anyone knows why I cant get audio out the 2542 I would be made up to hear! I have video and audio on main stream selected but no joy?! cheers

Hi there I have recently installed the BI5 and it looks great. One problem I have found is that when using as a service and then double clicking it for the GUI it takes at least 1 minute, maybe longer. Any ideas? cheers

Hi There I have cloned a camera and got it to record to a hidden WD Cloud. That is working well but as the pic shows the time and date are wrong on the top of the screen and wrong on the file name? but correct at the bottom of the screen. Can anyone advise and help please?
