Getting the same issue. I'd have probably 900-1500 requests then lose connection and it'd restart.

I was actually in the same boat. 2387G2 is bettter than 2387G2H IMO given sensor size.

sorry I meant hik-connect,com where you can register the device on the website and access via the app remotely. Hik-connect.com will still connect to C800 I am pretty sure locally but wonder if it'll register...

My camera is missing alot. I had 15 second pretrigger and 10 images to 50ms. So that would mean I would miss most things? 0.5 of a second is all the jpegs analysed by blueiris. So I would be better off 500ms and disabling pretrigger? Is that how pretrigger works?
