Using Edge the html5 player is even worse. It's laggy and stutters and I get the popup message about browser compatibility.

With the HTML5 player in Firefox 61 I get the "click anywhere to begin" message but it won't go away when I click. I see the screen behind refreshes but the message stays. It's UI v40 with 4.7.6.8 Blue Iris.

What's new in version version 4.7.3.2?

I'm finding all my clip sizes are broken. New clips are being created at random intervals/sizes. Some are half hour, some are hour or more. There's no consistency. Normally I have them set for 8 hours regardless of file size. This only started with the 4.7.3.2 update.

Something strange. I'm no longer getting that Hotkey error. I've done nothing to Firefox. My CPU usage with Blue Iris was pretty high at 80%. I found out that Win7 service mode wasn't compatible with hardware acceleration (disappointing the help file doesn't mention this, nor did Ken when he...

Only Firefox as far as I can tell. I've tried Edge, IE 11, Chrome on Android as well. Is there a more detailed debug log I can send you?

    Blue Iris UI3

Nope. Shows up as soon as I login. Didn't happen with the previous build 8 that I manually installed. I deleted the www folder and then installed the new 4.7.2 just to be sure things were "fresh".

    Blue Iris UI3

Getting this new error with the new UI3 installed with 4.7.2. I click ok, it goes away for a few seconds and then pops up again.

So this will be the default UI going forward? ie. won't have to put in ui3.htm? simply http://url:port?

Thanks that was it! Although I have to turn on cookies completely. Providing a website exception doesn't do it. I'll decide if I want Firefox unsecure or use another browser occasionally.

    Blue Iris UI3

Ok, some good news. It now works on Microsoft Edge and IE 11 once I used ui3.htm instead of html. However Firefox still coughs up an error prior to login even with extensions disabled. New screenshot attached.

I just tried ui3.htm and same result. I just disabled all my extensions and same error. That also doesn't explain the 404 with Microsoft Edge or the blank screen with IE 11. Same error with Chrome on my Android tablet.

    Blue Iris UI3

I just discovered this forum and this thread. I'm having zero luck with UI3. I've uninstalled Blue Iris and reinstalled with no change. I'm running the latest Blue Iris 4.7.2.4 64 bit edition on an i5 3570k with 16 gigs of memory. With Firefox it immediately gives me an "unexpected error" (see...
