alarm push notification do not work with FW 5.5.0 and iVMS-4500 - so watch out if you are using push notification for alarms (Notify Surveillance Center) hold on to FW 5.4.5 where this works fine

did you used DS-2CD2432F-IW (wireless model) explicitly, if it doesn't have wireless you won't notice this bug / flaw increase volume to 100% and test it in silent environment, it is hardware design flaw, so I think all models with microphones are affected
