    Thank you, Mike. I have spent a tricky hour on the phone to Ionos and from what I can ascertain, the lady was telling me there are issues between Ionos and Microsoft currently. I have no idea where the domain blueirissoftware.com is hosted with but fingers crossed the matter will be resolved.

    Yes, they all play OK. The system has been working fine until this one camera messed around. I rebooted the camera, set it to trigger and it has since recorded a clip.

    Hi all, I've uploaded a .bvr video to Youtube which should be around one hour long but when I play it on Youtube, it plays very fast and the video is around 1.5 minutes long. Why would this be and id there a way in which I can make it play at the proper speed on Youtube?

    Having transferred BI to a new machine, I notice that previously flagged and protected clips are now not showing - I have re-built the database. Is there anyway to get them to show?

    But what happens to all the clips on network storage? I am just concerned that when I start up the new installation and set up a different storage capacity for the NEW folder, it might delete clips automatically on network storage. Out of interest, when does BI move clips; it is once per 24 hrs?
