I appreciate the full answer! I can open the cam in IE, but "Live View Failed" still comes up. That is, I have no live view, but can change config etc. I have open up 6 other older Hik cams across 4 different models just fine, but this new one does not play nice with any browser so far for Live...

How are folks viewing Live View for these cams nowadays? It just doesn't work no matter what browser I use. Very frustrating. On Windows 10.

Anyone know how to get this camera to send an email with 3 pictures in it? My older Hikvision cameras do, but this camera seems to just send 1 picture.

On these cams is it possible to define an area and have a stream of just that area? Essentially creating separate feeds of different areas of interest?

Andy do you have any discount NVRs that would work ok with a couple Hikvision cameras (just set to record 24x7, nothing fancy needed)? Cams are normally recorded on Milestone server but I’d like something as a backup. Thanks!

Is this camera compatible with Milestone Xprotect and event-based trigger recording?

Mainly want it to match the warmer white we have for our front porch light. Sounds like it will! Any idea if the two LEDs can be enabled individually?
