    See title: can your Dahua NVR with POE perform a "local port forward" trick (eg http://nvr-ip:10081)? By doing so, you'll get to the WebServices page of the camera on Channel 1. Port 10082 opens Channel 2 etc. As this works for some, we want to understand why it does not work for others...
