her is the wonky part, i ended up exporting my config and re-importing it and everything's working fine now.

well someone suggested importing an older version of my backup. I actually did an export.reg and just reimported it and it started working after a few minutes. :smash:

ive reinstalled it numerous times including cleaning out the temp files listed above all the steps i took. it seems that this happens every year or so. The fact that i have to do a system restore and it works, then stops again within a week is an issue

has anyone figured this out yet ? my issue came back once again even with projectai. This happened to me years ago and the only fix was to completely reimage my windows and start from scratch

yep i deleted both deepstack from C: and from my appdata folder. did a full reinstall. i have a feeling a BI update jacked up deepstack as its now showing if i manually try to run it. I tried a few forums that stated to copy and name deepstack.exe to server.exe but no go

Seems that my DS just died , it started with AI: timeout, reinstalled and now have eror 404 and not responding. manually analyzing works fine. maybe its time to upgrade to codeproject ...

agreed i need to segment these just been lazy. When i enabled https the streams works perfectly however the ptz functionality stops working.

Ive been using http this whole time on all my cameras and enable https for amcrest. when i enabled https on the amcrest camera under network>https it stopped working not matter what options i chose on blueiris. ptz controls work fine on the camera web interface using https. Thoughts ?

yeah updates if they happen are rare for amcrest. Also dont look at the version, look at the release date. I spoke to amcrest about a version that looked lower than my version but they checked and the date of release was what i should be looking at. Seems hella backwards but their engineers...

well the easy fix for the issues was to use ngrok . super simple and you dont need to deal with port forwarding :-)

i use microsoft av too but even if i add the exclusions it didnt do much. I tried to completely disable all scanning on the machine and its still pegged at 99% cpu. Only if i open the BI5 app it spikes that much

For me the upgrade was straight forward. Had some weird issues with bi tools but after reinstalling it i had no issues. The gui is different... not bad just re-done taking some time to like it. The biggest issue i have is that when i open BI5 my processor hits 99% . its a win10 64bit...

based on experience, how high could i go with the IPC-HDW5231R-Z ? i have a perfect location however its around 14-15 feet above ground. curious if that would be too high or if i should try to get it lower.
