Good Morning Everyone. We had a Hikvision model DS-2CD2642FWD-iZS recording with a SD card, when the card was pulled from the camera the clips were visible in the file explorer; however, when imported into the VSPlayer they come up as "invalid". I am unable to play them using VLC player...
