Okay, so I was able to finally get the Config Tool to determine the IP address of my cameras thanks to looney2ns's instructions. However, I'm still unable to access the IP address in my web browser. Do I need to change the IP address of the camera first?

Windows 10 Pro. Yeah I know how to determine my own computer's IP address.

I'm not very proficient when it comes to networking. How would I troubleshoot this then if I have a 192.168.0.1 gateway?
