The instructions were enough for me (I updated before you made the video). In each case I went from 5.2.0 or 5.2.5 (iirc) straight to 5.4.5 without issue btw. That's too bad - but at least now I know it's not something I can fix (the seller did not respond to my request for an updated fw)...
