My support wasn't expired. I had to reinstall due to reinstalling windows. Support directed me to a new file and the new installation cured the problem. Thanks for your help. Problem solved!

Had to reinstall due to Win 10 issues and I just get this error after trying different downloads. I was able to install V.4 no problem, but I miss V.5 Any ideas? Tried Support, but he is probably busy with the frequency of the updates that come out.

How is your network being compromised by the installation of these cameras when just using Blue Iris and not using the Cloud apps that come with the cameras? What precautions are possible to prevent issues?
