I recently moved to a new computer, and I'm getting a brief scrambled image on a few of my cameras. Cameras are direct to disk, H.264, CPU is around 5% load. I'm not sure what to look for, I've never had this issue before. It looks like the attached picture for a second or two then goes back...

fenderman, that helped a ton thank you! I was also able to turn H264+ back on

It is currently on remote desktop, its inside the same building. I was having the same issue when viewing on that computer directly also. When I am remoted in, the live view through a browser and playback of recorded clips plays just fine. Turning off the H264+ did not seem to change anything.
