We are trying t'o clean up a rats nest and installed a patch panel. Ten out of 16 cameras work and the others work intermittently which is driving me crazy. So my question is, is that patch panel a potential problem? mjj4golf

We have a DS-7716NI-I4 . 16P NVR that beeps wth three than beeps once. I am trying to silence it with no luck. I did init the hdd but it is still doing it. Is there a way to silence the beeps or point me to doc that tells me what the beeps mean? Or, how to temporarily disable iit? Mjj4golf

We are an end user with a DS-7716-SP NVR and has no power. I believe it is a power supply and would like to replace it but HikVision won't sell me one one because I am not a distributer. Is there any other place to go to buy one? mjj4golf
