I think you’re right. It takes a little longer to connect when you open it but after, as far as I tested, no more prompt. Release notes never mentioned any fix about that.

Yeah, I get that but you made me realize I don't use RTSP from WAN so it was just another door opened for nothing (that is if it not related to the main issue with the credential prompts from the app)

What's 10554? you mean the RTSP 554? If so, yes all three (RTSP, Server and web) are forwarded and accessible

Ok so I really need to figure this out in this case. The upnp in set to manual on Hik-Connect and in the NVR. Web and server ports are forwarded and correctly set in Hik-Connect. No idea what else to try. Should I switch to upnp? I confirmed using the site both ports are accessible.

Wow... I suspected they knew about it, kind of obvious issue for ANYONE using the app for more than 5 minutes... I see the app getting stupid updates with useless features (and multiple corrections of those features) but they don't deal with this... We'll see I guess... The only reason I use...

I have a Hikvision NVR with a bunch of Hik cams and one Amcrest using ONVIF without issue. I purchased a new Dahua HD-IPC-HDW4433C-A hoping to using it on my NVR with ONVIF. Everything seems to be working correctly EXCEPT the sub stream specifically from the Hik NVR, it cannot see/access it...

Oh... 22fps. That’s double compared to the original Hikvision one. Is every in UI working fast enough? I remember hik lowered the FPS probably because it would handle it well enough.

I too am curious. Can’t seem to get good prices on hik cam since several months. That explains it. Plus the lack of availability that comes with it makes it hard to purchase hikvision cam recently. Any idea if this is permanent?

I had V4.1.50 build180227 for a while now, no issue at all so not sure if downgrading would help you situation, could try I guess... At this point I would try upgrading first... But it bugs me not having any information on this new version... If others say they upgraded and no new problem...

Very available, I’m already on it. DOWNLOAD PORTAL No change in the limited FPS as far as I know. Not a lot of noticeable changes IMO.

Is this happening only to me? The iOS Hik-Connect app ask me for credentials almost every day (sometime more often). Sure, it’s saved and I just need to click OK but SO ANNOYING!!! Any way to avoid that?

Also, 5s interval makes a lot of photos, any way to be able to set 10s 15s 20s (the choices jumps to 10m after 5s)?

yes you're right, I just confirmed that. The limit seems to be set from the NVR because same thing in Web UI, IVMS, console, etc... I can see the others if I filter the time more... Besides, downloading the full day 4000 pictures at the time, any way to download the full day in one task?
