Anyone recently purchased cameras from CCTV CAMERA CHINA
You shouldn't need crossover cable or any winpcap updates. I received 2 cams from this seller and they both had static IPs on the 192.168.1.x subnet. Set your computer to that subnet and run a scanner like FastResolver to find the cam. Or SADP, but I've never used it.
