Hi Colin, I had to start the upgrade tool for several times, clicking the button next to the combo with "IPC" for several times, and all of a sudden, by camera appeared.I managed to upgrade the firmware and now I have 720p on the onvip 1 channel. Thank you very much.- Nuno Almeida
