Unfortunately, I don't have it with me at the moment. With NVRs I usually always have one SATA cable and one power cable (with the "molex" 4 pin connection), both from the hard drive connected to the motherboard.
The POE switch is working through your LANs subnet, but when plugged into a POE port on the NVR it should go through your internal NIC subnet, which is 192.168.254 it seems. It seems like you need to change the camera's IP address from your LAN subnet to 192.168.254.(5) via web browser.

Did you register at hik-connect.com? Use a PC/laptop and add the device via serial number there. Login to hik-connect on the app and under "Devices", add online device. Make sure it's enabled on the DVR.
