Ultrafast didn't work. I'm up to 4500 for bitrate and it's still slightly there.

I lowered this and the problem became more frequent.

Tried it and stayed the same.

Amazon was the seller. They put one for $520 new, it might have been a price mistake but nonetheless they shipped it. Not sure about the Dells but on these HPs you can add another hard drive easily. I have 4 1080p cams at the moment on this machine and the CPU stays at 7%.
