    hi! thanks all for the time, the firmware was upagraded for the 3.4.91 but i cant view, however its the NVR model that limited the viewing modes, the solution was change for one NVR serie: DS7616NII2/8p its someone hardware feature in model DS-7616NIE2/8P that does not let see

    Hi! im new in this forum, need help with the next topic, i have a fisheye DS-2CD6332FWD-IVS and a nvr DS-7616NIE2/8P. From IExplorer can view all fisheye modes but from NVR can only view (360° panoramic mode + 3 ptz modes) but i want view panoramic 180° mode in the nvr. What i can do? thanks...
