I know every man sets things, I've played around with these kinds of things a good bit in movie encoding etc. I particularly wanted nayr's usual settings because I'd imagine it captures experience in this context, and if there's any special considerations.

Yes. Gotta be sure . Quite possible to also mistake "this fits tight and gets stuck" for "fits tight and right". Someone should take out one of the original screws and try it in those screw templates at HD/Lowes etc. Unless we can actually get the spec sheet for this.

Nayr with your new dahua NVR are you recording off these with H.265 ? No issues there? What kind of bit rates do you get per camera?

@nayr how come your snapshot says "dahua Technology" , whereas our says a generic "IP Camera" or some such? Is yours "branded" ? or did you overwrite firmware? We also get pointed to the NACL Web Plug-in , which shows up as a generic "WEB SERVICE"
