    Hi there, did you resolve this problem? I'm having the similar issue. the ipconfig tool shows it, but can't log in. used the cable on another camera; no issues. the camera has been up just over a year.

    using Blue Iris, has anyone been able to get the play back a message over the camera speaker as part of the actions "On Alert"? I select this camera on the output, however, it still plays on my computer speakers instead.

    Sentry Alert 15s Timeout

    Is anyone else having problems with Sentry Alerts? I have 2 locations, both sides have this issue since Dec 3rd. I emailed Sentry support, email acknowledged, yet no resolution or further response so far. As per Sam from BI - Their cloud service is taking too long. BI times out.

    is anyone else having problems with the camera finding the SD card? I've been having problems since setting up the camera a few weeks ago. it wouldn't find the micros SD card; I would reboot and it would find it. Now the reboot doesn't solve the problem anymore.
