Yes, no difference. It's possible that the GW address I used is conflicting with something though I don't know why it would matter. I use 192.168.1.254, which is unused in my network, for all my other cameras. I think I used something else like .2 on this guy. Guess I was in a hurry to get it...

Thanks, but I don't have a conflict. I see the same problem with the camera connected directly to a laptop. It's either bad or it doesn't like the GW address I used.
