I can honestly say Blue Iris is really good and probably the best out there for the price!! Just because I experience some shortfalls along the line doesn't mean I should jump ship!

I've also tried to contact them (support@blueirissoftware.com)to ask if they could confirm they recieved my payment and clarify the time it takes for me to get the serial but no repsonse
Hi thanks for your reply, yes that's right Blue Iris, I was just wondering what the time scale was for processing new orders? If this is an automatically generated system I never recieved a serial for this software. I can be patient :-)
