Has same issue with 4.4.8.2, 4.4.8.3 fixed fixed the problem and alerts started working again. Blue Iris 4.4.8.5 they are broken again, wish I could manually download 4.4.8.3 again.

running 4.3.0.6 and I am still trying to figure this out too. Looks like my highlighted areas are flipped since the last update. Meaning the areas that where blocked out previously are now being used to trigger motion. Cameras have been going crazy until I cleared all the masks.

The problem is, at least with my setup, some of my camera's are old, low resolution, work poorly in low-light, and/or are cheap junk. That is why I am looking to replace them. Two of my cameras are nice, modern, seem to have less issues with the new detection algorithm. The older/cheaper ones...
