Have you checked if its properly synchronized because sync might fail partially, and some data (like fingerprints/keyfobs) doesn’t get written to the device even though it's shown in iVMS -

Hello everyone, I just bought a Dahua VTO doorbell and I connected it to my network using a PoE switch. My VTH already exists on the network. Everything was setup but I can only see the video feed from the doorbell I’m not able to call. Please help
