Ok, so I installed 4.00.10x64 and all seems to be working now. I uninstalled BI3 as a service, installed the full BI4 package, and then the 4.00.10 update. So far everything is working as described. I have noticed a 5% decrease in CPU. The RAM usages seems about the same (right around 3gb)...

Thanks, but I uninstalled 4 and found that 3 was still installed and still worked. I will stick with 3 until these issues are worked out.

Thanks. I do that and it consolidates all the clips into a couple big clips of several hours long that are now playable. However, the next clip that is recorded has the same problem until I do the repair again.
