Problem solved - The camera lens could be moved around. there was a aplit thingy that you should pull out before you could rotate it, thats why we couldnt do it before. So just physically rotate the lese inside the dome - it can rotate 360 degress.

Tht model isnt a secret, i have just answered to alot else than the model, please chill. - DS-2CD214FWD-I I cannot mount the camera otherwise as it is, the wall nex to it is only made out of glass. I cannot mount it so it is right out so i dont need rotate function.

They told me that they couldnt do anything about it, because it will automaticly be streehced out when i rotate it...Arent there any firmware that can help on this?

Well. its not possible to set the camera otherwise. And the lense cannot rotate itself. Any other suggestions to fix this?

I dont think its synology that is the problem, since when i try to use the cameras iterface it does the same as when i use the synology interface. I have tried to reset the camera to default and only have it on the camera interface and not on the synology. So i dont think its the synology that...

I use Synology NAS to edit in the cameras. I dont see any button says anything about a ratio to adjust in? I need the LIVE pictures to look right also. Can you help with that ?
