    Multi Poe to single NVR

    I have an ongoing project 3 floors Each floor has 8 cams I am trying to have 8 poe switch in each floors and bring all poe switch to a single NVR, how it is possible, can I connect all 3 switches to a 4 port modem and connect to the NVR ?
