Following another upgrade to Windows 10 there is no "live" view in the BI Console. The phone app is fine. What's up with this?

The hated Windows 10 is working fine with BI...but I can't locate the auto-start folder that allows the computer to re-start and launch BI. I've also forgotten the name of the .exe file that launches BI in background without loading the console. Ideas, guys? BTW, the WD 4Tb "My Cloud" has been...
