    No, pushed the reset button for 35 seconds, & rebooted, & power cycled it! it's 3 AM here, I won't be available for the next 6-8 hours

    I've tried every adjustment & no help, I will try to switch between BW & color a few times, and since I don't know of a repair center or part supplier, I'll hit the damn thing with a mallet a few times before I trash it, why not, I've tried everything I can think of.     I am a retired copier/computer tech & business owner. I don't appreciate the gov't kicking everything Dahua out of the country, I understand not wanting any gov't agencies using Dahua, but they always seem to forget about the normal folk. If China wants to see me using my cameras, I'll just moon...

    Overall Red Hue in color mode

    I have a 5 yr. old 32X Dahua ptz poe camera that has a red hue in color mode, B&W ok, and camera reset is no help. Is there anything I can try myself, as I live in Florida & can't find a repair center anywhere in America. I figure it's a board issue but I don't know if I can get parts anywhere...
