I had to double check. I'm pretty sure that at some point in the past I did save the logs to a NAS, but I must have changed it back to the local drive. Currently the path is C:\BlueIris\log\%Y %m.txt.... so it's most definitely on the OS SSD.

No, AI is disabled on that (and most of my) camera(s). I think Jay is right about the database. It's been a long time (and lots of updates) since I've last regenerated it. That may also explain why the problem got progressively worse over a two week period of time. It was very inconsistent.

It sounds like it's more than just changing the IRs - but actually the sensitivity of the imaging sensor in the camera, correct? IOW, simply replacing (or adding to) the old illuminators with 740nm LEDs won't fix the issue?
