So this was part of the issue. I had the wrong port number listed. Didn’t choose 81 but a higher port number. Once I put that in and cleared the WAN info out, it started working fully for me. Can’t thank ya enough!

Also, why would a 10/100 switch not be compatible with a gigabit switch? The data coming FROM the cameras is a slower speed going to a faster switch.

It's a matter of switching connections between cellular and wifi. The VPN works fine but if there's no connection to a broadband source, it'll disconnect and doesn't seem to reconnect. So you need to go back into the app and close the connection and then reconnect. Sent from my iPhone using...
