More importantly than my above post, my VTO is literally inaccessible if I’m not connected to the home wifi, making it a completely useless product. If someone rings the bell when I’m not home, and I happen to get the notification in time, I get the message ‘failed to connect’ so can’t answer... -

I’m having the same issues as everyone else in here, ring notifications don’t push/ring constantly unless the DMSS app is open and phone unlocked, which is obviously not ever the case day to day when someone rings the bell. \ I’ve tried reinstalling the app and playing around with settings...
