    CodeProject.AI Version 2.5

Great write-up. Thanks Mike! What is the recommended Object Detection Module? Yolo.NET or 5.6.2 for my Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti?

    Mini-Review - 5442-ZE-S3 AKA T54IR-ZE-S3 - Replacement to 5442-ZE

Maybe I'm being a little paranoid but my model is IPC-T54IR-ZEB-S3. What is the difference between the ZE and ZEB? Will the above firmware work

    CodeProject.AI Version 2.0

That makes sense. Keeping it simple, the cameras that are set to trigger via ONVIF are no longer sending messages to my phone. In BI, I see them under new but not under Alerts. No alerts on any camera since I updated BI and CPAI three days ago.

    CodeProject.AI Version 2.0

Thanks @wittaj. I wish I knew what was better. I have IVS on some cameras because I thought it was more reliable. But if I can reduce false positives by confirming a human, I think it would be better. Anything else I can check? Thank you so much for your help. What should I use for custom...

    CodeProject.AI Version 2.0

This post is long overdue. I'm grateful for the community and hope that there is any easish fix here. I have 13 cameras. They are all Dauha. All but 1 are IPC-T5442T-ZE. Running BI 5.8.2.5. The goal is to send an alert when someone enters the property. With photo if possible. Camera settings...

I have an Dell Optiplex i7-7700 with 16gigs of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti GPU Any instructions on how to set up docker would be greatly appreciated if it will help me get AI back up and running. Running BI 7.7.6.3 and back to CPAI 2.1.3 YOLOv5 6.2 AI still timing out. Sent from my...

    what's the right bracket for a IPC-T5442T-ZE 4MP Starlight?

Thanks, @TonyR. Good point. I did have to drill a fairly good size hole to get the pigtail through. But I think it does look a little cleaner mounted to the outside of the garage. Here's a peek at one of my existing cams. Your suggestion is to get the junction box AND the mount?

    what's the right bracket for a IPC-T5442T-ZE 4MP Starlight?

Just about to mount another IPC-T5442T-ZE on the wall (smooth trowel stucco). All others I've drilled into the wall with no Wall Mount Bracket. What are the benefits of using the PFB203W vs mounting it to the wall?

    Alerts on phone from IVS?

Ah, there it is! Should I uncheck motion sensor like you have?

    Alerts on phone from IVS?

I just set up a tripwire on one of the cameras to test. Selected "Get ONVIF Triggers" and did the find and inspect. Where do I find the Motion Settings to select the "Cameras digital input" box? On the Alerts tab, I unchecked the Motion Zones. I'm not using object detection nor zone or hot...

    Alerts on phone from IVS?

I use motion sensor to trigger my cameras with deep stack not object detection nor zone or hot spots. I recently set up alerts to notify my phone after a burglary. Now I get alerts when ANY person or car drives by my house. It's too much and I end up ignoring them. How can I set up the...

I tried to sign up for this with an appointment for today and received no confirmation. I tried the same for tomorrow and still waiting for confirmation. Am I doing something wrong or missing a step?

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

The installation went much smoother the 2nd time. I installed Cuda 10 and visual studio 2015. Installing cuDNN for windows also went smooth until this step: Include cudnn.lib in your Visual Studio project. Open the Visual Studio project and right-click on the project name. Click Linker >...

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

Thank you! That's what I used. I will be a little more meticulous round 2. Is Cuda 10 prefered over 11? Do I need to stop Blue Iris as a service while installing Cuda, cuDNN and Deepstack?

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

I'm still getting significantly higher times since switching to DS GPU. And DS keeps restarting. Clearly, I did something wrong. I thought I'd give Cuda 10 another chance. During installation, it says Visual Studio is not installed but I followed the link and installed the community install...

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

Thanks Mike - I followed the instructions now have another error. HW VA not compatible and Deepstack responding at 127.0.0.1 looks off to me. My machine is on a 192.168.1.x ip.

Yes, that's the version and instructions I used. I had to stop Blue Iris service for the install to complete. Anything else I might try before I retrace my steps and install everything again?

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

The GTX 1050 ti came yesterday and I threw it in my Dell Optiplex 7050 today. It figures I'd botch the install as well. As best I could I followed the links provided by @jaydeel. CUDA 10 failed repeatedly but CUDA 11 installed no problem after updating the GPU drivers from windows 10...

DeepStack Case Study: Performance from CPU to GPU version

Okay, picked up a MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT LP Graphics Board VD6238 4GB GDDR5 for $275 on ebay. Looking forward to seeing what this does to the response times. I should get it and installed within a week.
