I can't view my dahua camera from another location. It shows as "Offline" even though the camera is plugged in and connected to wifi. Another problem is one of my other dahua camera, same model, doesn't appear in ConfigTool and I want to initialize it. I tried on DMSS, but no luck. Can you help...

My dahua camera gets warm for some reason when plugged in after a while. I don't know if its normal. And when I try to playback it prompts me probably an error saying "Channel IPC has no record!" even though I left it running overnight.
