Exactly the same result I got on a 5216 running 2.610. Talked to my vendor a couple of times but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

The PAL version I found was a 94MB zip. Within that, the General_NVR5xxx_Eng_P_V2.616.0000.0.R.20140110.bin file is 23.5MB. THIS file (and thank you for the post, BTW) is 16.3MB. Is there a good reason NTSC is 2/3rds the size of the PAL version?
