    What's the recommend settings for blueiris? I'm having problems with picture quality compared to my older 4mp cameras. Attached is a few pics of the settings and one camera that isn't as clear is the new 4k vs. The older camera the image is clearer.

    Thanks for getting back to me, I tried that with no luck. I ended up sending it back to Amazon for replacement. Other 9 were no issue. Still waiting for replacement to come and hopefully this last one will install like the others did without a problem.

    I disabled the POE on the port for the camera, ran the ping and got a timed out. Turned the POE back on and now I get ping again on 220. Nothing else is on 220 and nothing is on 108 that I would like to reset this thing back to default and start from scratch.

    I was using chrome like the other 9 cameras I installed but I did just try edge with the same issue. I think unless there is some way to ssh in a reset or some other trick I'm just gonna send this one back to Amazon and get a replacement. The other 9 and up and working just fine.

    I can also get putty to connect to the camera on 192.168.1.220 SSH port 22 but I don't have a password for it and I know I never turned on SSH in the GUI.

    Which Also means resetting it isn't working cuz it should go back to 108. I don't have it fixed ip in the router yet and 108 is not currently being used.

    I'm accessing it using the BI Official app on Andriod. Not sure what you ment on "Not over RDP" Tried the above and still doesn't work. what is all the audio settings supposed to be in both the camera and BI settings.

    Thanks that was easy and is done. Is there any documents or list of other commands that can be done. For example turning the external lights on/off or auto on it. It would be nice to change the BI IR button to the external lighting on this camera.

    Can blueiris control the day night switch in the camera vs. the basic camera GUI? Time control doesn't seem to work as well as sunset and sunrise times in BI. I'm not sure if its the way the camera setup in blue iris (Genric/ONVIF and RTSP) but none of the controls seem to work threw blueiris...

Vehicle and pet detection in email report from Sentry does exist but those emails at the end of the night are useless to me and clogging up my emails.     A portal of all our pictures is not necessary when BI has it's own storage for this. Why not let us do this on our end local vs. building a portal we have to log into.
