Now i've updated to the latest hikvision firmware, with the new web interface. But i'm unable to get anything working, the left buttons for configuration and maintenance doesn't work at all. if i click on them , nothing happens.- GandalfGray

Hi guys i've got an ANNKE NC500, already flashed with the hikvision firmware. But i've noticed there are some "_R" type firmwares. Can sometell me which kind of firmware are that ? Should I use the standard one or the "_R" ?- GandalfGray
