Have you tried to set up zones and exclude the bushes? This is how I have resolved false alerts from branches swaying.

Have you tried dedicating a separate lun and creating a vmdk file only for the target recording drive?

I just had this same problem. If you are using IE11 flush the cache and then you should be able to see the configuration tab.
