First, the Chrome extension is junk. Use IE 11. If you're seeing 2 IPs it may be that one is from your ethernet connection and the other is from wifi. Use IE and your troubles will go away.

If they run through the NVR, you won't be able to access them remotely using tinycam. Use the app for your NVR.
