I have a slightly diff problem. I have 3 cameras that are identifying people when motion is detected but another 2 cameras are set up in identical fashion but they only come up as "MOTION" no identifiable object.

Ok, so let me reiterate a single click on my screen goes straight to single image. Not able to drag I checked mouse, mouse settings,I changed speed of mouse to go to double click, I switched to a different mouse and always same thing straight to single image and not able to drag

its not the mouse, it is doing a single click

After unchecking drag lock, the minute you try to click on it(to drag) it just goes to single image , not able to do any dragging
