I haven't used it with BlueIris, but have with Frigate, and it is fine. It speaks RTSP for both a main snd sub stream, and requires the same initial app setup as the C110, and works just fine once you block it from the Internet, just like the C110.

My replacement Color4K-T arrived a few minutes ago, and it appears to be genuine in all respects. Stickers are clean and unmolested, UI and pigtail are as expected, and the serial number on the unit matches that on the box.
