Do you see the alerts in the list of cancelled alerts? Cancelled alerts also show on the timeline.

The logs show triggers coming in even when alerts are not created. The PC is at 25% load or less. Would you mind changing one of your cameras to have a 10s trigger time and reproducing this issue by triggering the camera over and over?

I updated an NC800 with IPC_G5_EN_STD_5.7.1_211009 If I could do it again I would rather just by a Hikvision DS-2CD2387G2-LU which seems to be a similar if not same model but with a 3rd stream. I haven't found a compatible Hikvision firmware for my NC400.

Where is the better pricing? This camera is exactly what I have been looking for as my first outdoor camera.
