Question on Background Remover module. Does it proactively remove the background for all snapshots sent to CPAI from Bi or do I manually have to remove the background from a snapshot and save that as a different file?

I will double check that but I am pretty sure it is unchecked and ctrl f5 refreshed but went to the host denied screen. It is a new install on windows 10 vm with server 2016 host os. There maybe a configuration issue on my end

im on the 2.5.4 also and it lost contact around 11pm last night...i had to reboot for it to link back up I also noticed that my cuda and cudnn info is not on the sys info screen anymore...i may try a reinstall later

Windows 10 Nvidia Gforce RTX 2060 CUDA Version. I am highly confused. In all the documentation I see that I should be using CUDA ver 11.8. But, I am seeing a lot of people using CUDA ver 12.2. I am on the latest version of BI and CPAI. Which CUDA version do I use?

Im running the latest BI and CPAI 2.1.8 clean install of CPAI reinstalled yolov5 6.2 and facial rec and absolutely zero issues the new version of both seems to be faster and is recognizing the faces alot quicker and getting more positive results on faces...good job all...

For those getting the Error:500 when Facial Recognition is enabled, a new update is out for Blue Iris as of yesterday that resolves that issue. Just a heads up everyone

I followed this video on the Facial Rec side and I must say, my facial rec is working better than it ever has...i guess i have been adding the images all wrong this whole time...excellent video would recommend

reverted my system back to bi ver 5.6.9.8 and cpai to 1.6.8 and its running flawless...i just got some different ram higher bus speed ddr4 gonna reload cpai 2.07 shortly and do more troubleshooting see if i can pinpoint whats causing my reboot issue in 2.0.7..just tried fresh install of 2.07...

for my setup its only 3 cameras, i have rebuilt my system from the ground up, i still for the life of me cannot figure out why when i upgrade either bi or cpai, everything loads and installs good no issues until cpai starts analysis on a trigger then it completely reboots the server..no errors...
