    PTZ fails after firmware update

    Hi I have updated the ipcam marked inesun HD42 DOME I have lost the PTZ functions I have installed several firmware but the ptz does not work. the software I use to see the exact model of the ipcam is AjDevTools and the model is MC200E2_V0_AF but the PTZ doesn't work who can help me? Thank you

    Salve ho aggiornato la ipcam marcata inesun HD42 DOME ho perso le funzioni PTZ Ho installato svariati firmware ma il ptz non va. il Software che uso per vedere il modello esatto del ipcam è AjDevTools e il modello è MC200E2_V0_AF ma il PTZ non funziona chi mi puo' aiutare? Grazie
