You should be able to download whatever app dahua uses and set up push through there if it has a provision. You should not require an nvr or software

I actually had the sub stream disabled altogether. When I add the sub stream into BI, the main stream goes goofy - fps bounces all over, iframe bounces to .3 .4 .5. It stutters, etc So I disabled the sub stream and it smoothed out mostly. But it was still capping out around 900kbps or so...

Ok. That part makes sense. The frame and iframe on these cameras bounces non stop, even with constant frame rate option. But even putting that aside, I see your bitrate is in the 1.2mbps range mostly. Is that 4k 3840x2160? 8mp?
