Anyone have a suggestion for a fix? Three of the six cameras will not show an event (motion) in the timeline of the NVR. Cameras have been updated to current firmware. The cameras are IPC3614SR3-ADPF28F and the NVR is NVR302-08S-P8. When first installed 4 weeks ago everything worked fine. Thanks...

When I put the licence key in the box, the 'next button' is still grayed out

I had BI v4 running on my Windows 7 PC for 3 years. Today I upgraded from Win7 to Win 10 and BI will not open. I have tried to put my licence key back into the software but the box is grayed out and will not take it. Thanks in advance for any help you could provide. -Tom
